My shop, The Last Time I Saw Rita, has been in holiday mode whilst I moved and I also now have a new computer - and now I can’t access the shop at all. I’ve found the email address I set it up with and set up a new password, but I can only open my other shop, Millicent, and Folksy just won’t seem to recognise me as anything other than Millicent. Can anyone help?
I’m sorry to hear you are having problems - especially after a stressful time of moving house! I don’t have any answers for you apart from suggesting you contact folksy support. Hope you get access to your shop soon.
You can’t use the same e-mail address to set up 2 different shops. So if this e-mail address is linked to your Millicent shop then you must have another one for your other shop. But as Sonia says, Folksy support is the way to go!
Can you not google your shop name and then click the link in google and get in that way. Then simply click on sign in and re sign in with your password.
That’s what I do when I’m away on holiday to check if I’ve had any views while mines on holiday mode.
I’m back! Thanks to my wonderful daughter who sorted out the problem for me. I had a third shop which I no longer use and had been trying to sign in with that pass word! Thanks all for responding to my plea for help! XX
