Hi, I’ve no idea what the problem was, but it seems to be working all right now. I’m using the " symbol too, without any problems! Perhaps it was just a glitch in the system?
I have found that you can’t use: "- fractions brackets etc. It must be something to do with the code they use and could confuse it!

Try putting in just the first paragraph, and see if that works, then add the second, and so on, and you’ll narrow down the bit it doesn’t like.

Hi I tried just writing 1 word and still got the same error message. Then I just started again and still the same again ???

What message are you getting… it isn’t normally very specific. Have you loaded a photo as it won’t let you proceed without that …Can you post a snapshot of your screen ?
