Recently Instagram has been asking me to confirm my website to keep tagging products, but unfortunately it wont let me sort it out, claiming that I have to own the site my products are on. Now we are in October it has taken away my ability to tag products in posts.
Is anyone else having trouble tagging products they sell on Folksy on Instagram.
This happened to me last year and I still haven’t gotten back the ability to tag products. Folksy are working on a fix to allow us to claim bits of the site as ours so we can tag products again but its not proving simple and they haven’t given an indication of timelines.
I lost my ability to tag last year and have given up on appeals. I have my Folksy shop in my bio on Instagram in place of my website and when I post items on Instagram just say link is in bio. I can still tag items in my Facebook shop/catalogue which is weird.
