Tag product on instagram

I want to tag products that I post on Instagram with a link to the product in my Folksy shop. However I can’t find the one I want to tag just now. I checked another product, again nothing. Is there a limit to what Folksy allows meta to have access to? I also usually tag products when doing Folksy Friday, so am wondering why not all products are available? Thanks

As far as I’m aware, you can only tag items that Folksy have in their Folksy favourites section. Not products that are only in your Folksy shop.

Ok, interesting, thank you. Though the necklace I tried to tag did come up the other day as one of their favourite finds so still flummoxed!

Was it your lovely recycled sterling silver and gold necklace - I just looked and I couldn’t tag that one either. It didn’t seem to be on their IG products tag list (LOVE that necklace btw)

If you put it in a story then you can add a direct link to it.
