I very rarely have a customer that hasnt paid for their order but I have had 2 nonpayments of orders in the last couple of days.
I have emailed them but no reply
I wonder if something is happening at checkout that is preventig them from completing their order
anybody else had this problem recently

Always. I get at least 1 a month. Really annoying as it means the item is delisted for 24 hours then I have to faff about relisting, cancelling the sale, etc.

Oh, yes, there’s lots of non payers around all the time and they never seem to answer your emails. You just have to cancel the order and carry on.

I had a non-payer a while ago, and realised that you don’t have to wait 24 hours to cancel the sale anymore, I’m pretty sure you can do it straight away now, which is good. Losing the sale and losing the item from your shop for 24 hours was like double pain.

one customer has just replied to say she changed her mind, I think that is very nice of her to let me know ,Wish the others would do that!

think I have just been lucky that I havent had more nonpayers

I had two non payers in two days. It was the same person but with different items. I emailed and with no reply just cancelled. It did get my hopes up tho.

well its a first for me ! a customer ordered the same item twice and paid for it twice! Not on folksy it was on another site. Her husband ordered it at night and she ordered it again the following day. We had a laugh about it and she was given full refund
