Combined postage for separate listings

Hi,

I’m new to selling on Folksy so the issue may be a me problem, but can anyone tell me if there is a way of combining postage costs on multiple items?

On my listings I have the postage set for the first item then subsequently items are free postage. But what can I do if multiple items are bought from separate listings?

For instance a customer bought a candle holder and a pair of earrings so they were on separate listings. I’m giving her a refund on the earrings postage but it would be great if there was an easier way around the problem.

I think it works with separate listings. So if you fill in 0 for postage on additional items, then postage will only be charged for one item, whichever has the highest postage charge.

So if candle holder had postage at, say, £3, with 0 for extra items, and earrings had postage set for say £2 with 0 for extra items, then customer would only be charged £3

PS welcome to Folksy!

Thanks for your reply but unfortunately that’s what I had on my listings already and the customer was charged postage on both items.

Check whether you had 0 or just left the boxes empty. It behaves differently.

Following on from that, I looked at this listing and extra postage is blank

And this one

But most of your listings have the 0 filled in. I guess the customer just ordered one that didn’t.
