It’s rare but should someone buy two items from my shop currently they have to pay postage twice although I box them as one. Cannot find any advice on this, so thought should I add postage into item costs and add ‘free’ postage or will this cost me more in fee’s? I’m confused but that’s not unusual!
@testwoodwoodcraft If you don’t want to charge any extra postage for additional items purchased then you need to put 0.00 in the ‘additional items’ box in the postage cost section. However, if you need extra to cover sending more than 1 item then you could put 50p, £1 etc. in the additional items box then if someone orders 2 items or more they will pay a bit extra to cover sending tracked, or the extra weight which may increase your postage costs etc. If you add the postage into your item cost then you will pay Folksy commision on that, plus if a customer buys 2 items then they are still paying postage twice.

You can use the ‘bulk edit listing’ feature on your dashboard to change postage costs which will save you a lot of time.
