Hi Folksies! I’m new and still getting used to the Folksy ways!
Could someone enlighten me please: I just received a commission enquiry but it was sent directly to my private email address (via Folksy). There’s not a mention of any new message on my Folksy dashboard. Is it normal for messages to get sent to email addresses? Have I missed something with my security settings?

Folksy messages always come in via email , the customer doesn’t actually have your email address until you reply - then they do.
So if you ever get a dodgy looking message via Folksy don’t reply to it - you can get folksy to look into the sender first.
