Help replying to customer

Hi, I am relatively new to Folksy, but haven’t used it for a while. I had an enquiry this morning but can’t seem to find how to send a reply. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks

If they’ve sent an enquiry through your folksy shop it should include their email which you can click on and reply, or copy and paste and reply. If the enquiry looks dodgy, it’s wise not to reply because they then get your email address.

Ok thanks. I managed to contact them through their own Folksy shop, but thought there was a better way.

There isn’t really an on Folksy messaging system. You get a message box when you click contact in shops, but that just gets forwarded to the seller’s email (along with the buyer’s email address) so the seller can reply directly via email.

I did do some searching all over the dashboard the first time I got a message too!
