When customers send a message with their order, is there a way I can just reply to them via Folksy? Or do I have to go to the faff of sending an email?
I’m afraid its the faff of an email. Depending on how you’ve got your computer set up you can just click on the customers email address (when its in blue on the order overview page) and it will open up your email and fill in the address field.
I have also found that the messages go to their spam box and are never seen, it’s a pain
I found the internal messaging system much much better when we had it.
It just makes sense to have a direct messaging thing really x
