Viewing messages

This is probably a daft question but I can not find anywhere on Folksy to view messages I have received from buyers and potential buyers. Can someone please point me in the right direction.

Messages from customers to us seller redirect straight to our email accounts.

So you’ll need to check your own email account and remember to keep all correspondence from your customers.

I have a separate business email account where mine are all kept.

Thank you Eileen. This is a real pain as it means I have deleted some requests for bespoke work. I decided to delete all Folksy emails recently. Never occurred to me that Folksy didn’t keep a copy. It is normal practice.

They changed it a while back and suggested we have a business email address. Potential customer can use the contact designer button/icon but the message goes to our email accounts. When we answer them then and only then can the customer see that email address.

Although I’ve put my business email address in my about bit. So mine public.
