I have an item in my shop creativecrochetdesigns I put a lot of work into my craft items plus I take good clear been on this craft site for over a year & not got anywhere so I would rate folksy that much when I have made a sale on Etsy.com
Etsy do a lot more to try people with their shops
I’m sorry you haven’t been successful on Folksy, Rose. Perhaps you need to put a few more things in your shop.
I have an Etsy shop too, but I much prefer Folksy. I don’t think Etsy helps sellers very much. It’s much easier to get in touch with the people who run Folksy if you have a problem.
People on the forum are very friendly, but we really don’t like it when others come here and complain and say that Etsy is better (especially if they’ve only had one sale there!)
(We don’t know the circumstances of everyone who posts on here, so can we please be kind?)
If it’s not working for you on Folksy, it may be better to concentrate on your Etsy shop.
I did smile at the comment of not mentioning ‘the dark side’ by another poster.
I love being on Etsy - not sure why it would be considered ‘the dark side’! LOL

Perhaps if you put more time into your listings?
Your titles and descriptions need work - check for spelling especially.
You have random photos that are nothing to do with the item being sold.
You only have two items listed, not much of a reason for people to stay and browse your shop.
I don’t think folksy would be happy with you advertising your Etsy shop in your about me section.
