Customer having problems paying

Hi have a customer who cant pay she says

“Not allowing me to process through check out and pay with credit card”
anyone else having problems?

I think this is a customer specific thing where Paypal in Folksy mode doesn’t let a customer use their card instead of an account. I always simply send a Paypal invoice and let them pay on that instead then mark it as paid. The problem doesn’t seem to apply doing it that way. x
