I have a customer that wants to buy a card for a relative that lives in Wales, she lives in Spain. I’ve never had this before, can she add another address before she buys? I just want to make sure I give her the correct information.

Thanks, but if she adds a note she will be paying for International postage but will have the post sent to the UK. I wanted to know if she can add another address and order using it, as this would mean she only has to pay for UK postage. You can do this on Etsy.
She needs to specify the address of the recipient when she checks out (ie have a different ‘ships to’ address to ‘billing address’), she might need to do that in both Folksy and paypal/ stripe. Then the system should calculate the correct postage.
