I know, I couldn’t believe it when I downloaded the guidelines and saw that. Plus, the price was something like £325 right up until the 1st of July - I started my application about a week later and saw it had gone up to £397! I thought I’d struck a great business idea, now I know why no one else is doing it
A quick list and run for now.
And one sale to report Anna @Fififoxi
Hi Everyone,
I am a bit late today… I have been washing fleeces all day!
Here is another craft supply… grey this time, which matches the day!
Happy Crafting…
@TheHermitsBothy you would have got more money selling your body ha ha and no licence required (I don’t think )
Evening all,
Late again - I’m blaming the lil’ distractions - one of them threw up on the stairs in the night…Trying to remember who said they were adorable, so I can send them round…
I also managed to get my Instagram account unsuspended! Had to get another email account so they could send me the 6-digit code to prove who I was! Followed by a 6-digit number sent to my phone. The suspension was lifted as soon as I entered the last code, and I even got an apology!
I finally got my FF board posted too!
Good job you’re already glued to that step, Brenda!
All loved to here.
Here’s a pretty little relist: Butterfly T-shirt
Oh well done everyone - Georgina @GeorginaCrawfordArt, Pamela @PamelaJonesArtStudio and Judy @judyrowleyart. It’s great to celebrate so many sales and happy dances.
Thank you for including my T-shirt. X
@teabreaks I wouldn’t rule it out at this rate!
Did you miss my sale up above Anna @Fififoxi could you add one to Oswestry Jewels please?
Thank you for including my romper and jumper in your lovely Folksy Tuesday.
I had the same problem with my Oswestry Jewels insta. I had to enter a code that was sent to my phone. It’s back now
@TheHermitsBothy …lol
Back with a sale to report please Anna @Fififoxi
Sorry Pauline @OswestryJewels i forgot to reply when you asked if my friend liked her earrings - she was delighted with them, I think they were just what she wanted
Hope the blood tests go well Caroline @Caroleecrafts sounds like you have a great surgery.
Just off to help the in-laws with some more unpacking - I am very much looking forward to the day when we have all unpacked. Some serious decluttering needed from all of us too!
I think it was Elly Rowbotham The small printer who called her grand children “adorable lil’ distractions” sadly she is no longer with us.
Just a warning…I shall be listing some of my crochet in the coming months.
I earned my living with my crochet for many years, starting in the 60’s …all those of you old enough will remember the spidery style crochet mini dresses…I must have made hundreds of them…
I am still continuing to paint and paint my cards but with over 600 in the house now
I am slowing down because I already have too much stock… and that drives me demented…I HAVE to be “DOING” or go crackers ,( no comments please). I still have a few lady’s items that I made last year and will get those listed soon. I will take my time and sit and crochet in the evenings instead of painting 10- 20 cards every day…( I will be papering the walls with them soon ha ha)
crochet is something that takes longer and will keep me out of mischief ( probably not)… but I am getting bored and that is not allowed… I cannot continue to sit here staring at the walls, or worse playing cards on my laptop…and I HATE playing cards…so prepare yourself for some of my crochet…I hope to mostly do lady’s jackets ( my own designs) as that will occupy me for longer .I know a lot of people crochet which is why I will mostly do MY jackets…
I used to make them and sell them when I lived in London…all my own designs and no two the same…watch this space.xx
This is a tiny pic of one of them that I made for myself 15 years ago…Obviously not for sale …xx
Brenda, @teabreaks hope the crochet goes well!
Talking about fish… my sister had tropical fish in the 1970’s. The guppies bred like mad, but she kept losing fish and couldn’t work out why. Eventually she ended up with one giant ‘sucker fish’ (tank cleaning fish - I don’t know the name because… y’know teenager in 70’s - was more into Scooby Doo)… (maybe Top Cat). It ate everything. She kept it for ages and took out a mortgage for fish food… but I think eventually it went to the great fish tank in the sky.
Nikki - glad your insta is back. So frustrating when the socials don’t work.
Congrats on sales everyone.
That sounds like a good plan …. the trouble is, the floor is already littered with newly unpacked supplies!
I’ve ordered some white sewing thread as a compromise ( and because I ran out).
Sorry Polly @OswestryJewels I must have missed your sale so I’m happy dancing now to make up for it - and for Mel @aquilacrafts too - Good night everyone.
Good morning, terrible nights sleep between the heat, mugginess and torrential rain. Going to be fuelled by coffee today. In the office this morning as well, but home at lunch time for an afternoon teams meeting. Traffic is busy with the Eisteddford so I’m glad to be coming home early. Hope you all have a nice day xx
