Good morning everyone a quick  and run this morning as we are going for a walk and then lunch on the edge of Dartmoor.

Hope to be back later with a listing.

Love the cat and mouse story - I think that is one reason we don’t have a cat!

Have a good day everyone.

Hello everyone
Sending hugs to those in need this morning.

Enjoyed the cat and mouse story… that’s a nice jug, though not great for trapping mice!

Here’s another Father’s Day card from me today:

Morning everyone  You’ll be glad to hear it was an uneventful night!

I’m going to keep doing my big clickable pictures (as I’m sort of in the habit) but I’ll also add the URL box underneath for people that want to click it that way.

Thanks Mel - the ‘tiles’ are decals but they have been pretty rubbish! I cleaned the stairs as advised and stuck them on - they looked good for about a week but then started falling off. I used some spray adhesive to stick them back on and they went all wrinkly and still peeled off. Now I’m just Uhooing them when they need it.
Think I need to bite the bullet and make some proper ceramic tiles - it’s going to take me years!

If you want it to come up in a box, you just need to put the link on a separate line.
For example, this will give you a box

blablablablablabla
link

this will not give you a box:
blablablablabla link

sorry for blabla-ing :joy:

All loved to here.
Now cover your ears! I am about to growl loudly GGGRRRRRR! I have now tried to list a new item twice, only to have an error notice appear telling me I have to enter a different price, but refusing to take one. The price was entered correctly in the first place anyway. What a waste of time! I’ll try again later and if it happens yet again you may all hear a huge explosion from Teesside.

Good morning all. It’s still overcast here and not very warm at all.
IT’s so frustrating when that keeps happening isn’t it Joss @XStitcherJoss and it does also waste amounts of time. Why can’t the system work as it’s meant to without all of these annoying little hitches which when added together waste a whole lot of time.
Hope all goes well for you Hilary @kokoblue, think of you.
That is one of the reasons that I do not like cats Sarah @dotterypottery. It’s not for food it’s just for fun they do that.
Today I have a baby’s blanket that could do with a bit more love

Morning everyone :slightly_smiling_face:

Take care Hilary @kokoblue and hope the investigations bring good results xx

Your mouse story did make me chuckle Sarah @dotterypottery it would make a great comedy sketch :mouse2::amphora::rofl:

Sending positive and healing vibes to everyone having a tough time or feeling under the weather at the moment xxx

@theslothscavern - I have done that, and followed the clear instructions, and I am computer literate, but still no box is appearing. You can see from my post earlier that I have left a gap between my text and the link. I have no other ideas apart from if there is a difference between those with a pc and those with a Mac.

Mornin’ everyone. Laura @caledoniankeepsakes what a relief that must be!

I find that I get the box when I paste in the url whilst working on my desktop, but no box if I do it on my phone. No idea why - these things are a mystery to me!

Our cat Gimli regularly brings in mice and lets them go in the house. I now keep a humane mousetrap permanently baited in the kitchen (as this is where he usually releases them, after he comes through the cat flap). Many’s the early morning trip I have made in my dressing gown to the old railway embankment across the road to release a confused mouse.

Some newly listed earrings today.

when you copy the whole url, it appear here like this: [Gemini Zodiac Star Sign Card, Horoscope Sign, M… - Folksy] (https ://folksy.com/items/8349179-Gemini-Zodiac-Star-Sign-Card-Horoscope-Sign-May-June-Birthdays)

You can either delete the part that has the title (bold in my example) and leave only the bit with the https eg (https ://folksy.com/items/8349179-Gemini-Zodiac-Star-Sign-Card-Horoscope-Sign-May-June-Birthdays),
or copy & paste the bit up to item number e.g. https ://folksy.com/items/8349179
I have added spaces so you can see the writing, but without the spaces the links will appear x

Just trying this again:

This way didn’t work (after deleting the bit that you suggested):
(Letter Writing Paper Vintage 1950's fashionable... - Folksy)

But this way did (so remove the brackets, just start from https: and finish after the item number:

Thanks for your help!

Morning all…
I wasn’t sure whether to join in this month as I’ve been feeling very down, but I have a few new items to share so I’m going to give it a go, and maybe it will motivate me…

Hi everyone. Thank you all so much for the support and kind wishes for Dad and I. He’s spent the night in hospital (presumably observation and assessment) and he’s up and about this morning having had tea and breakfast so it’s all looking promising - but we’ll know more later after the doctors rounds.

Hugs to everyone else suffering setbacks or going through it at the moment - Roz @OrchardFelts, Pauline @OswestryJewels, Christine @ChristineJonesPrintmaker, Hilary @kokoblue and Kim @KBCreations .

Your mouse story raised a smile Sarah @dotterypottery and sounded so familiar - being woken up in the small hours and summoned to a mouse hunt (or possibly rat, weasel or rabbit) when your still half asleep!. Unfortunately most of the mice we get are too fat to go in a humane trap so if they escape they tend to become house guests for a day or two before we eventually catch them by hand. (I hasten to add I’m very careful rodent guests can’t get to foodstuffs, surfaces or cutlery etc and antibac spray is always handy!)

Sadly I can’t seem to share the video of otters playing in the garden but here’s a picture of Biggy Smalls Esq. instead - he’s thinks he is a magnificent hunter but in reality he’s a bit scared of anything larger than a pigmy shrew.

No listing today but all loved to here. Have a nice day all.
