Morning everyone
Here is a new bunting. Just in time for the warm weather
Hi all
Sorry to hear about your Facebook page, Louise @SandgateGlass how awful for you. Hope it can be resolved.
Good luck with your procedure on Friday, Joss @XStitcherJoss
Today is a relist of my rainbow unicorn card:
@SandgateGlass Louise - I’ve just managed to find and like your Facebook page, so it is still there. Hopefully the suspension will be temporary and they’ll let you back in soon.
Carol’s suggestion @Knittingtopia of having a second admin is a great one. I will try to do that. I manage a few Facebook pages and 2 on Instagram, so it all gets a bit confusing! Adding OH into the mix could tip it over the edge
Listing a cat-lovers peg bag today.
all this technical chat goes over my head…I have two facebook pages…a private one and a business one…every day, I show my listing on both…HOWEVER …for the last two days it won’t allow me to show my work on the business page…the downloading picture ( cursor) goes round and round forever and doesn’t stop…baffles me…
Sometimes this techno stuff is too much, so I just plod on as best I can…( in a muddle…lol)…I don’t understand the half of it…what is canva? etc…they are just words to me…How do you all learn this stuff??
I’m not really technically minded either Brenda but I’m very good at clicking on things and seeing what happens and this is pretty much how I’ve learnt what I do know
Hi Brenda Canva is a free-to-use online graphic design tool.
Good Morning All. The sixth doll today.
Collector’s Crocheted Doll for the over 14’s. Art Doll for Display. Amigurumi
£155.00
I find all the social media stuff quite baffling. I spend a lot of time asking google questions and there are often youtube videos on how to do things. However, I find that things change all the time and often the advice I find in searches doesn’t apply! I assume if you use it often enough it maybe becomes more intuitive.
Canva is really useful for all sorts of things. You can easily add text, another image or a folksy badge to your photos. Great for social media but also for listing photos. You can make flyers, business cards, pretty much anything. Apart from business I’ve used it to make birthday cards and school presentations for the kids. Definitely have a look at this.
Morning everyone
All the best for Friday Joss @XStitcherJoss and for your oomph’s swift return xx
Oh that’s terrible Louise @SandgateGlass how very upsetting after all your hard work - I do hope you manage to sort it out. Please don’t give up xx
Daisies from me today
Hope it goes alright @Craftyali1, it is deflating when you work so hard all of the time to scratch a living.
I’ve been doing this for about eight years and I’ve never made a living but it was growing year on year. My husband has been self employed for about fifteen years and was bringing in enough to support our family and I was working from home so no need to pay for childcare. Then last year everything went dead for both our businesses and we are both rubbish at advertising and drumming up work. My kids don’t need much looking after now at (almost)13 and 14 so I decided my choice was either to dedicate myself to marketing on social media or get a job in Asda. So I started working in Asda in November. My husband took a full time job in January so the pressure eased and I cut down to 3 days in Asda. It has been a life line so I don’t want to pack it in but I do want to make my business viable as my main income source. Only finding time to do so is even more difficult now!
@SandgateGlass I hope your issues are just temporary. It’s so frustrating when you can’t just talk to someone to find out what is going on! Take a little time out, but don’t give up, that would be a terrible waste of talent.

Good morning all.
I am really sorry to hear some are having difficult times it is hard to keep going when obstacles seem to keep getting in the way, as well as the missing in action oomph and mojo which afflicts us all from time to time.
Please keep going if you can and the advice to take a wee break when feeling out of sorts resonates with me.
Hugs to all today as it feels like a bit of a wobbly Wednesday.
Congratulations on all the sales, particularly your first @loulouart.
Hope Friday goes well @XStitcherJoss
Nothing to list today after my marathon craft room tidy yesterday hopefully something in the next couple of days.
Good morning everyone!
So many people in need of some sort of support today, so sending you all a few virtual hugs and hoping for the best! Good luck to your appointment on Friday Joss @XStitcherJoss !
It’s going to be a busy one today for me, got to keep working on a big side-project all morning, then football training this evening, then carry on with the project when I get back.
Anyway, my listing for today, one that I’m really pleased with how it came out. I couldn’t stop adding things to it, but I had to, otherwise it would end up being unaffordable!
Nothing from me yet today, I’ve got photos to take, but all loved up to here!
Sorry to hear about your friend @Craftyali1, hospital visits like that are so difficult. And good luck at the job centre. Tomorrow will be better!
@SandgateGlass, how frustrating!! Everyone’s really at the mercy of their bots and algorithms not kicking us off for no reason. Hopefully it’s just a temporary glitch and you get back in soon. Don’t give up!
Thank you so much
Good morning everyone, and thanks for all your good wishes. I admit to being very nervous - after all, the last exploratory procedure put me in hospital for a couple of weeks. Enough of this self-pity…
I have relisted again:
Cat vest age 3-6 months
Good Morning everyone
Good luck at the job centre Ali @Craftyali1 x
My listing today is a set of pastel flower buttons:
Good morning. Lots of hugs needed today
I’ve lost my oomph too Joss @XStitcherJoss I was looking back to the good old days of Folksy with hundreds of sales.
My 27 year old garden furniture gave up the ghost so I took it to the tip and ordered a lovely new set in time for “summer” That was 2 weeks ago. Apparently its lost at Yodel. its impossible to speak to an actual person.
Good job I don’t need it in the rain
Another sale item today
Valerie
