Delete listing not working

I have three items hidden from sale, as someone was interested in buying them. They have now been sold privately, and I am trying to delete them from folksy, but I click delete and the little whirly thingie goes round, but the items simply won’t delete :frowning: Anyone else having the same problem? xx

Just a question - if you log out of Folksy, then back in again, do the items still appear in your Hidden list?

If they do, then I suggest you raise this as a problem with Folksy Support. http://folksy.uservoice.com/

Thanks so much, have tried that and yes, they are still there - I’ll do as you suggest and contact support. Thanks again xxx

I noticed this yesterday and meant to report it but totally forgot :confused:

If you can’t delete the listing then you could change the listing to show another item & unhide it.

Yes, the same thing happened to me today with two paintings I sold; they are hidden at the moment, but I might try what @Fantoosh said and change the listing with something else.
