I was wondering if there was a way to provide multiple delivery options such as first class or tracked. I don’t want to make it the default option as its quite expensive but I get requests for faster delivery. I saw an article discussing something similar, but it was from 2015, so just wanted an update:)
Some shops have a listing for ‘delivery upgrade’ (if you run a search you’ll find them to see how they are set up) whilst other shops use the variation drop down menus to allow people to pick their postage type.
I use one of the variations on each listing to offer different postage options
I use a separate listing to upgrade to first class.
Do you realise that you are paying commission on that listing?
Don’t see a way around it?
I do the same but would prefer to lose a minimal amount to get the customer what they want.
that’s a very good idea. I just have everything as 2nd class but that’s a good work around.
If you are prepared to offer a faster postage option, then just have that as your only postage option on all of your items.
I don’t get loads of sales and that may make them even less.
