Is anyone else having problems trying to pay their commission fees for July 2021.
I have contracted Folksy support twice asking why the system hasn’t updated the fees section on the 1st August. I ow over £46.00 and it’s going up every time i make a sale with my customers using PayPal.
No I haven’t had the problem you describe. I usually get an emailed receipt straight after I pay, so if you do too then as long as you have the emailed receipts you have proof of payment. Perhaps tag doug the technical wizard as it would seem to be a software problem? Or is it a Paypal problem if you are paying by Paypal - perhaps check your account there?

Folksy.com have said the problem is at their end and my account seems to be affected by a technical problem which they are passing on to the technician.
