Folksy have put my account on hold!

Just received an email to say my account is on hold because I haven’t paid my fees for January.
I am really annoyed because I paid it at the beg. of February by PayPal and told Folksy which they acknowledged. I always pay my bills very promptly because that’s the way I am.
How can this happen?
I had problems following their link so had to make a payment direct from PayPal.
If Folksy accepted other forms of payment such as cards then life would be a lot easier for sellers and buyers alike.

I’ve just clicked the link to your shop and it comes up. How odd, maybe just a glitch but an annoying one xx

yes your shop is up and running :slightly_smiling:

Yes - Folksy acted very quickly when I complained!
But it’s puzzling that I am unable to follow their link to PayPal to pay.
I’ve adjusted my settings on Chrome and Firefox but still have the problem.
It’s been going on for some time now but only for certain sites, Folksy being one of them.
Hey Ho - back to my bench, wasted too much time on the computer this morning.

Are you sure the email was from Folksy, there are so many scams around wanting you to click on the link. I’ve had a few purporting to be from Paypal.

Absolutely - the link was on Folksy - pay your fees - not sent from PayPal.
I would never follow a link in an email just in case.
