Hi,
I’ve just listed a sea glass pendant with chain and there are 3 length options for the chain but in the ‘choose options’ area it doesn’t seem to allow for a length to be chosen - does anyone know how I can resolve this?
I’ve tried editing the ‘add/edit variations’ a number of times but to no avail,

on the edit variations choose drop down and give it the label Length then on next menu instead of colour type the length available etc. I hope this makes sense

Hi Sue, I did it before with different coloured stretch hats and it worked perfectly so I’m not sure what’s different this time but I’ll try again!

I did it again and it worked perfectly - it brought up the ‘variations’ in a different way than previously though so I’m not sure what happened!! 
I’m glad that you’ve got it sorted and hope you sell it after all this effort
