Error when placing the order

Good morning, today I tried to buy an item on Folksy (my first time)
and I paid for the item in PayPal - £53. The money was debited from my account, but suddenly an error appeared: “We’re sorry, but something went wrong.
If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.”" (screen attached)

Now I see that the item was NOT purchased but the money was debited from my account.
Please help.

You need to email Folksy support.

It may well be that the money has not actually been taken or rather has just been ‘reserved’ and will be released back to you but it is Folksy who you need. This is just a user forum.
