I joined about two weeks ago and read that I had to email folksy in order to get the Etsy import service. I’ve not had a response to my email, have I missed something?

What email address did you use / have you checked your junk mail to see if their reply to you has gone in there ?
When you email folksy support you always get an auto acknowledgment back right away and then usually a personal reply withinn 24 hours.
Thank you! It had gone into my spam folder and I’d somehow missed it (despite looking - d’oh!)
