I had an email to remind me of 2 items that expire today, I have renewed one but the other has disappeared from view, its nowhere to be found, not in expired column or anywhere, just wondered if anyone has experienced this before.

Ahh yes I’ve had this! Have you tried looking right at the bottom of the currently listed tab? If you click on the ‘expires’ header twice it will reverse the order so you can see the next thing to expire - sometimes it’s there. I think sometimes it’s a timing thing, so maybe if it expires today it hasn’t been moved across to the expired column yet, even though you’ve had the email through.

Ahh should have looked at your shop first - I see you don’t have loads of listings so it should have been easy to find! If it’s not showing as active in your shop, & it’s not in the expired list then you could maybe leave it til tomorrow to see if it appears in the expired list. If it doesn’t show up there tomorrow then you might need to email support to see what’s happened.
Have you hidden any items that have sold elsewhere? I’ve had items that i’ve hidden that still come up on the due to expire emails.

Thankyou all for your help, all sorted now, the clue was in the column headings, the item was hidden so as Louise said it was in the hidden column ,I can’t remember putting it in there though.
