I keep getting emails telling me I have specific items due to expire. But as I have all my items set for the same expiry date and I do have a calendar note 4 days before they will expire, I’ve no idea why?

The system auto generates the items about to expire emails - are the emails you are getting for hidden or out of stock items which might have a different expiry date to current stock?

Ah! didn’t check those. Made the assumption (wrongly if they are there) that if I had hidden these from sale, then the robot would leave them be! I’ll check. Thank you Sasha.
