If I click the heart and favourites button in a shop I get a message that page cannot be found. How do you favourite a shop

Hmm, I’ve just managed to favourite your shop OK by clicking on the 
favourite button 
Thank you . A customer said they were getting an error message …which button leads to follow shop .
