Feedback from Buyers- how soon are they asked to give it?

Hi Can I ask how soon buyers are asked to provide feedback after they have received their purchase?

I think it’s 2 weeks after the order is placed (Folksy can’t track when it was actually received so work from the date the order was placed). If they are a guest/ don’t have an account then they should receive an email with a link they can use to leave a review but those emails regularly end up in junk/spam folders. If they have an account they can leave reviews via their dashboard - towards the bottom on the left hand side - that option doesn’t have the delay (I can leave a review for something I ordered a week ago).

I always leave reviews. But many don’t. Can’t force it. It just has to happen.
