Help with feedback please

Hi all,
I’m hoping you can help me out please. I’ve got two buyers who are both asking how they leave feedback, neither of them can figure it out.
A little bit frustrating that I’ve two happy customers but no one can see what they think on my shop.

Hi Lynne,

I’m sure someone will correct me if I’m wrong but I believe Folksy sends out an email to the customer a week or so after the sale, giving the customer an opportunity to review their purchase. The time frame I just gave you may be wrong but I think the process is correct- hope this helps!

If your buyers have Folksy accounts they should be able to find a tab for leaving reviews on their dashboard (its on the left towards the bottom). If they don’t have a folksy account then they should receive an email from Folksy with a link that will allow them to leave a review (even if they have a folksy account they will get an email). At one point that email was being sent out 2 weeks after purchase to allow for covid induced postal delays but it might have reverted back to 1 week now. If it has been over 2 weeks since they purchased and they haven’t received an email then it is worth them checking their spam/ junk folders to see if it has ended up in there.

I’ve just had my first review from my first buyer :grinning: so it seems it is a couple of week until they get an email asking them to leave feedback.
I knew someone here would have the answer, what a fab little community. Thanks again and happy selling x
