Most likely being dense here ,but can’t work out how to leave a review on an item I purchased .There doesn’t seem to be any sort of link for this ? Am I looking in the wrong place I wonder

You used to get an e-mail from Folksy about a week after the item has been dispatched with a link, not sure if they still do that, but you can also do it through your dashboard.
Go to your shop dashboard and almost at the bottom of the links down the left hand side there is a section titled ‘Activity’ under that is ‘Purchases’ and you can leave feedback from there.

I have a feeling that if you weren’t logged into your shop at the time of purchase you might not be able to leave a review

I believe you should still get an email from Folksy if you weren’t logged in when you made the purchase but it can take a few weeks to get to you & may end up in your spam folder!

It’s 13 days after purchase that the review email gets sent out - to any buyers (registered or guest) unless the review has already been left by going through the reviews page on dashboard (not the purchases page).
If you bought while you were logged in to Folksy, once it gets to this time there will also be a notification at the top of the homepage to remind you (in case the email got lost in spam).
