Fellow Kiln Users - advice needed

I’ve had my kiln for just over 12 months now, it’s a small electric top loader and has done around 30 firings to cone 015. I noticed some cracks in the lid but wasn’t too concerned as I’d read that it would develop hairline cracks after a few firings however the cracks seem to be getting worse and I’m now worried they may cause bits to fall off onto my pieces. I’m waiting to hear back from the manufacturer but I just wondered if anyone experienced with using kilns would mind casting their eye over the photos and giving their opinion on whether these are something to worry about and if it’s worth applying lid seal or something similar or if that will makes things worse? I’m hoping it may be possible to flip the lid over or buy a replacement lid so would be interested to hear if anyone has done this also.
Thanks in advance,
Lindsay
