Folksy 365 - Daily Listing Challenge Thread - FEBRUARY 2019

(Natalie Ofkants) #601

Careful Deborah, a friend of mine ended up with concussion in a very similar circumstance. She did not realise it until later in the evening when she suddenly started being sick.

(Sarah Bell) #602

Evening all.

Goodness @DeborahJonesJewellery hope you’re ok.

Thanks @TheChrisArtist and @MaxPringJewellery I wouldn’t have noticed! :see_no_evil: I don’t think I’ve been on the bestsellers list before.

A relist from me!

So many lovely items today, all liked and pinned x

(Chris Stone) #603

Caught up to here. Busy day working on my greetings card commission designs and producing something new for Folksy shop too. There aren’t enough hours in the day at the moment.
Congrats to Karen @TheCornishHare and everyone else with sales. I managed a rare sale on the dark side today, but as Folksy sales outnumber the dark side by 14:1 at my last reckoning, I continue to debate with myself whether it is worth bothering with them.
Lovely stuff today as usual, but special mention to @PhotoFairytales for the London bus picture block. It’s adorable. I love anything to do with buses so I am biased.
Relist today, classic ice cream van greetings card:

(Kim Onyskiw) #604

My printer’s been playing up on the blues lately, so although I’ve been wanting to sell, I’ve really been hoping I didn’t get any orders for cards with lots of blue on (luckily my love ones don’t). A new cartridge is due in the morning so I’m celebrating with a blue robot card for today’s listing.

(Max Pring) #605

Good morning, thank you Joss @XStitcherJoss yes it’s unicorn or princess everything at the moment lol!

Feels odd not showing anything lol! but there’s no point as my shops are in holiday mode, travelling to Manchester this afternoon then in workshops all day Wednesday and Thursday, we’ll be having a belated valentine meal at the weekend as I don’t get back until around 10pm on Thursday, good job hubby didn’t have any surprises planned for valentines lol!

I’ll be trying to keep track and happy dance via wi-fi at the hotel but if I disappear for a few days you’ll know why

(Roz) #606

Good morning.
Survived my first day, although it was quite boring as it involved a lot of waiting around to be shown what to do - there were 4 of us being inducted and not all the systems were in place! Hopefully today will be a bit more one on one and more hands on … apparently I am being left alone on Wednesday!
Apparently my Dad went into A&E last night/early this morning - havent got any details just a text message from my stepmother - best see if I can find out what that is all about.
Have read through but forgotten everything! Enjoy your course Max @MaxPringJewellery
My listing for today

(Karen Lonergan) #607

Enjoy Manchester Maxine @MaxPringJewellery I go there for work a lot (always raining!! A bit like Cornwall!) love your needle case @OrchardFelts - hope your Dad is ok, such a worry I know! Well done on the dark side sale @TheChrisArtist! Love your ice cream van and those cute robots @konyskiw

Two things from me today, firstly my offer of the day, pearl earrings reduced to £8.50 and another mini print, this time of Gilbert Giraffe

(Brenda Cumming) #608

I think they might be young ones but they are in the field and when I looked they were behind the larger ones with the huge horns…the smaller ones didn’t appear to have horns but it was also a bit misty when I was looking, so difficult to tell…how CUTE are they…aaah x

(Helen Healey) #609

Thanks so much Elly. I’ve got one more physio session and then an appointment with my GP for another cortisone injection a week on Thursday. While I’m there I’m going to request a referral to a shoulder specialist because it’s not getting any better and physio isn’t helping. Fingers crossed. x

(Sue) #620

Morning all,
Today’s listing

Ouch, Deborah @DeborahJonesJewellery
Roz, hope the trip to the A&E was nothing too serious, I’m happy you survived your 1st day at work.
My son took me out to Leicester yesterday which lifted my mood a little, until I got back and found an email from a very good friend who told me that she can barely walk as her knee has finally given up and the company she works for has gone into administration, she still has a job for the moment though. It makes me feel bad for feeling the way I do.
One sale to add to the tally please Max @MaxPringJewellery
