Noticeably darker this morning as I set off to drive my daughter to work to circumvent the local bus strike; probably because it was raining :grinning: Nice to think the lighter nights are on their way.
Commiserations about the job @OrchardFelts and good luck with your applications as they come up.
Starting off with a relist today; bringing this bowl foward from tomorrow to keep up continuity

I was upstairs taking pics of a jumper I just finished and thought I would take a picture of the view from the window…the built up area in the distance is Swansea…and land across the bay is Mumbles…

Beautiful view Brenda. My husband plays over 50’s county cricket for Warwickshire and I went to watch him play against Wales a few years ago. The ground they played at was at Mumbles. Best view from a cricket ground I’ve ever seen - and the weather was fantastic that day too.

That was weird. I tried to add to that posting, but all my computer would allow me to do was reply - so here goes with my responses to other people’s posts. I hope I’m permitted this time!
Sorry about that job, Roz @OrchardFelts.
That light bulb looks alarming @EllyRowbothamPrintmaker!
Hugs to Linda @wildrosedesigns and another to Sarah’s mum @SarahDesignsUK.
All you near(!)northerners from the Huddersfield area - @konyskiw and @Beadseedz - I’m a Tyke from the Huddersfield area, but my husband @thatenamelguy is originally an Essex lad, settled here in the N.E. (Middlesbrough) with me some 48 years ago now. He first came north to university in Hull back in 1965, and has never moved back south since, but people still ask us if he proposes to move back ‘home’ now he’s retired!
That’s such a pretty jumper Carol @Knittingtopia. I remember knitting one in a very similar yarn for my little daughter (who is now 43!).

Good morning. Very frosty here but lovely and sunny.
Off out to lunch and for my Wednesday walk although probably not too far today as I am waiting to go to hospital for a cartilage op.
