I completely forgot to post my listing for today earlier, must have been really tired.

The attempt at a nap didn’t work out very well either, I got about 20 mins and woke up feeling a whole lot worse than before.
@CreationsforTinyTots Bit of a random one but I remember there was something on TV show Food Hospital a few years ago testing out a study which claimed that eating 2 kiwi fruit before bed helped you sleep - they found it made a significant difference to a complete insomniac. Had something to do with them being rich in serotonin. Wishing you (and all) a good night.

A very busy day yesterday turned out to be, I ended up going to see my step mum, not seen her since March and we went for a lovely walk along the beach, I have to dial into a meeting today but other than that nothing planned except walk and the post office

I went for another x ray yesterday, I’m hoping the last! It was nice to get out even to the only city in lockdown in the country. There was still traffic around, not like the 1st lockdown and the hospital seemed busy seeing outpatients. I’m waiting for a phone call today to see how the x ray went.
