We enjoyed out trip out, OH got what he wanted and we had a nice lunch out. A quieter day, quick walk to the post office then it’s sewing, I need an outfit to match OH’s smart look now

Good morning. Shock horror - I had a sale overnight so one for the tally Deborah @DeborahJonesJewellery. First one since mid December, will have to remember what I do next!!
So, it’s the big drive to London today. Not looking forward to it but got to be done. Unfortunately its right across the other side of London so a big trip on the M25 involved 
Am really hoping my sister is going to come back with me and share the driving. 
@GlintBeads - although young she has done the journey to/from Australia 3x now in the last month and I think it has completely messed up her body clock!! Deborah @DeborahJonesJewellery - the boat is a tiny 38ft narrow boat moored at Poplar. It’s a tight squeeze but has all she needs (bed/toilet/shower/kitchen/sofa) as well as a very good amenities block (more showers/toilets, laundry, common room) and it means she has a place of her own - no more house sharing. We have spent the last couple of days shopping for essentials and sorting out all her belongings - the back of the car is pretty much full but I am hoping if it fits in the car it will fit on the boat! 
Another relist from me - promise to get working properly next week. I have sold quite a bit at the gallery recently so need to get restocking anyway.

Early listing from me - a final vintage slow stitching kit before I go back to bright children’s prints. This one is based on vintage table linen, with some strong accent colours picked up from the little hand enmbroidered cross stitch - I’m still uncertain whether I like them all but we will see how it flies.
I do love the tassel though. And the two little linen buttons still on their card backing - apparently used on shirts because they didn’t need unpicking prior to laundering (the mangle apparently crushes the more traditional shell buttons). Sorry, I’m a bit of a nerd with this sort of stuff, I think I spend more time researching than I do crafting!

Just popping a relist here today. I’ve got Pilates first thing and then my mum is coming over to help me have a little production line getting an order of zip pouches done - we haven’t tried this before but I think we could be quite productive

I hope your trip round London goes ok Roz @OrchardFelts, fingers crossed all the items fit in the boat! I think that’s such a wonderful idea, I have a friend that lives in a long boat in Southampton and there’s such a fantastic community she absolutely loves it.
I’m debating whether to take all of the Mother’s Day items out of my shop or just leaving them. What do others do?

Lovely hearing about the boat, I’m sure your daughter will love it. My Oh and I lived on a narrowboat for the first 4 years of our marriage, it was a great adventure.
