Hi everyone happy anniversary @SarahDesignsUK hope you get your evening off. Hope too that you manage to get a quote for your fence and your quote Brenda @teabreaks isnāt too āouchā I always think that itās not the problem thatās the problem itās sorting the problem out thatās the problem. Last year at our previous house we had to have a retaining log wall that had rotted out totally rebuilt (it should have been rectified by the builders but they just ignored us but thatās another story) we contacted 14 different builders but only 2 returned calls 1 said it was too big a job and the other tried pressurizing us into accepting his quote so he was politely told where to go. In the end we found someone who was recommended to us and did a āproper jobā for us at a fair price. So recommendations are everything but not always easy to get.
For my listing I have pinched Rozās idea (thank you Roz) and listed my brooch as a new listing instead of a relist to see if it makes any difference whatsoever.
