I am trying to create a banner for my Folksy shop - I have created the 978 x 200 px template in canvas, photoshop, procreate - and whatever I do the text is still blurred when I uploaded to folksy. It is driving me mad - what is the secret?

It’s often about compression. Many platforms compress uploaded images, so downloading a larger version helps the image retain its clarity and quality after compression. Make sure your image is a high resolution. When possible, don’t compress your image further before uploading it as this can lead to double compression and a blurry result.
Ideally, you’d use a .png file instead of .jpg but I’m not sure Folksy accepts that.
