I haven’t received an e mail to be able to pay my monthly bill. It is over £3 so should have been sent one but my dashboard is still saying bill not issued. @Folksyadmin @folksycontent do I need to send an e mail?
Oh how funny, I came on just to check if anyone else had had this issue! My Stripe charges have disappeared, but all my June PayPal charges have moved into July’s invoice. I don’t even have the notification to say I have an unpaid bill. Mine is over £3 too…
I emailed admin about this - a gremlin got in the works and Doug is working to fix it. Our bills should be with us by the end of today.

I’ve just received and paid my Folksy bill…the bill that was emailed to me said the fee that was due, the fee that my Folksy shop said was due (on the website) was higher, and when I clicked through from the website to pay the invoice it paid the amount that my email said was due - I’m confused!

Have you had any sales in July? As the June bills were late coming out, my July sales had automatically gone onto my June bill. When Folksy sorted out the gremlins and issued the June bills, they’d split my bill back into June and July so that I was only paying for June’s sales. I’m guessing that’s what’s happened with yours too.
