Folksy commission per item

Hi,

I understand that Folksy don’t include the cost of the postage when they take their commission fee upon sale of an item - if you offer free postage is the commission percentage taken from the price of the item or do they make an allowance for an estimate of the postage cost…?

No they don’t make an allowance for included postage, so if your item is £25 with included postage they will charge you commission on the full £25. However if the item was £20 with £5 shipping they would only change commission on £20.
