Hmm. Looks like more than a one-off issue then, sorry.
I’ll investigate why the stats generation process hasn’t run first and then kick off manually later on when I’ve a better idea of why it hasn’t happened automatically.
I’ll keep you posted as to progress here – and thanks again for letting us know about the problem, you’re brilliant.

Mine are all zeros too, happened yesterday, but they came back
So hopfuly they will return today…
Yep had data yesterday but today all zeros. Fingers crossed they return
Hi – just an update to this – it looks like there was another, unrelated issue on the application host we use for our events data last night. It seems rather coincidental but that’s what they’re reporting.
That being the case it’s something that shouldn’t happen again any time soon although we’ll of course be keeping an eye on it!
I’m going to look into setting the stats generating process off manually, now – it’ll take a couple of hours to run so you might not see anything for a while.
Sorry for the inconvenience, and of course thanks a million times again for letting us know about the issue.

Hello – I imagine that there will be zeroes again tomorrow, sorry – I’ll set the task going manually when I get up and then get on with badgering our app hosts as to why the task isn’t running automatically on their service any more!

I’ve had zero views for the past couple of days (including this morning) so far this month I’ve had half my photos missing on numerous occasions and other times when I can’t log in! Glad I’ve got the ‘other’ shop too!
