Hi – thanks very much for your email, Helen – things are back up and running now.
I’ve put details of the issue on the status blog – in brief, one of our main services went down and was stuck in a loop trying to restart itself.
I’ll obviously be keeping an eye on things now.

That could be an artefact of this issue.
Or do you mean that you’re seeing zeroes for all date ranges in the stats page?

I’m not sure what the issue there is – I’m investigating, now.

Well I’ve not had a sale on here since November! Lol!
Phew (not at the problem) but that explains the zeros today. I had over 3000 impressions yesterday so was a bit shocked to see 0 this morning
I’m still investigating but I think that it’s a caching issue.
The stats data appears to be all there in the events database so I just need to work out how best to clear the cache for your stats pages (if that is the issue).
Investigations are ongoing!

Okay, got the problem – the synopsised (if that’s a word) stats data for each shop hasn’t generated overnight.
This will be because of the above issue where our application host for the events app (which is the same as for the main Folksy app).
I’m looking into kicking off the process to generate those, now. It might take me a while as I want to read any code before I launch it – it’s been a while since I looked at this bit of the stack because it’s been so well behaved!

I’ve got 0’s too for views on the stats page but at the same time I’ve got things being “favourited” under shop activity.
@dougfolksy My stats came back yesterday but this morning they are all 0 again. Please could you have a look?
