Hi – sorry, yes, we’re still having issues with getting the tasks to generate the stats launching on their usual schedule.
In the meantime I’m having to launch them manually, which is why they don’t appear until later in the day.
I’m looking into the issue at the moment and I’ll let you know when I get anywhere with it.
For today, I’ve just launched the tasks to generate the stats so they should be visible in an hour or two.
Sorry about the inconvenience of this – it is something I’m actively pursuing and investigating.

Hello again – just to let you know that I have a possible culprit for the issue.
I’ll need to let the task attempt to run again tonight and then view the logs tomorrow to be sure.
This means I’ll need to launch the task manually again tomorrow morning, sorry – hopefully I’m right and tonight’s run will give me the answers I need.
And thank you again for your patience whilst I fix this!

No, it shouldn’t affect that. The views, favourites, etc. are constantly being added to the events database.
The reason we’re not seeing the stats the next day is because a separate task that collates all that data into a format to associate with each shop isn’t running.
But the data itself is still being collected.
