Folksy Messages in Spam Folder

Hi, just a heads up.
I had a Folksy order the other day and I didn’t get a “Congratulations, you made a sale” message. Luckily I always check my dashboard every day otherwise I may not have noticed the order.
I looked in my spam folder yesterday and there was the message, don’t know why it went in there.

Thanks for the heads up Claire.

Sometimes adding the email address to your address book will stop the emails being sent to spam, or some email services will have a special “safe senders” list, where it’ll stop any emails from that email address being sent to spam, even if it looks super spammy.

That’s good to know thanks @konyskiw
This is the first time it’s happened (I think) so I reckon my inbox just got so overwhelmed with all the rubbish Black Friday emails that poured in over the last week. Never had so many emails. Back to normal service now

Mine doesn’t normally move a thing to spam unless I instruct it, and last week it randomly sent an email from my dad there! Sounds like they might have all had an upgrade to their filters recently, just annoying when they manage to get things that are definitely not spam hidden.

Despite me marking my Folksy as not spam, they always end up in my junk folder. Very annoying

Yes I get lots of Folksy customer messages ending up in spam (not all of them though, which seems odd)
It’s a bit embarrassing when I don’t see a message in there for a while - the customer must think I don’t want the sale or I can’t be bothered to reply!

I have to keep reminding myself to check my spam folder as often as I can…that’s a point, I’m going to do it now!
