Hi there everyone. Wondering if someone can help me out with regards to my shop showing that I had to refund a customer. They had purchased an item that I just sold at a fair and I didn’t get into my shop to remove it before she hit the ‘purchase’ button. All done via PayPal, but the sale remains in my Shop Sales waiting for me to ship. Is there a ‘button’ or a ‘tag’ that I can select to show I had to refund the purchase? @clarefolksy
Hi, you can only mark as shipped on Folksy, so you need to email support to sort it out for you, as you will have to pay fees for the sale as well.
Yes, I’ve tagged in Clare at folksy support. The reason I am asking is that I know it will show as
a sale!!! Just wondered if there was any way to remove it from being a sale. I’ll wait to read what Clare has to say.

if you email support and include your order number Folksy support will refund the fees and remove the refunded order from your live orders.
They will also ask you for a Paypal screenshot showing the refund.
It’s usually a really quick process x

you need to send the Paypal screenshot via the contact email and remove the photo from the forum, as it contains personal information x

Unless something has changed, when Folksy support cancel the order it will automatically be put back in your shop, so you will need to either hide the listing or reduce the quantity to 0 yourself so it can’t be bought again.
