Hi … First time here for me. So I apologise if I make any mistakes.
I had an items listed as aprivate order and someone else bought it and paid for it.
I sent her an email and refunded straight away.
How do I cancelt he order tho’ it is saying she has paid for it even tho’ I refunded it thru’ paypal.
Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

I’d put it all in an email to support@folksy.com and they will sort it out - I don’t think there is any other way of doing it.

Sasha @SashaGarrett is quite correct. You’ll have to contact Folksy support as only they can cancel an order once it’s been paid for. I had to do this once and, as it was the weekend, it didn’t get cancelled until the Monday.
This happened to me today. I cancelled an order and issued a refund. Folksy support sorted it all out for me in a couple of hours and removed the Folksy payment from my account balance.
