How to cancel a customer order

Hello,

I have already refunded them through stripe, now I can’t find a button to cancel a customer order. I have emailed the customer directly to explain why, but now I need to cancel it on Folksy, so that I don’t pay fees.

Shouldn’t this be easy, or am I being thick? :upside_down_face:

It’s not obvious - you need to email folksy (support@folksy.com) and they will cancel it for you. They will refund the fees but it will come to you as a paypal payment.

If the fee has already been paid it’ll be refunded through PayPal, but if it’s on a bill you haven’t paid for yet it will simply be removed from the bill.

Just make sure you let support know which order it is you need cancelling (it’s easiest to give the customer email address/username).

She does say it was refunded through Stripe hence specifying that the fees would be refunded via a different manner rather than being taken off the bill.

So she did, I just sometimes give an answer to try to cover all possibilities, for the other people who might come across the thread searching for similar :slight_smile:
