I need to cancel an order that’s been paid, as the item won’t reach the customer in time. I have refunded her payment, but how do I cancel the order on Folksy - ~I seem to only be able to mark it as shipped?

To cancel a paid order copy the link in the search bar, scroll down to ‘folksy support’ and message folksy directly, pasting the item link into the message.
Folksy usually respond within the day, and will refund your commissio fee.
