Hi, I joined Folksy a year ago and set up shop but have only just got round to filling it. I have worked out how to change the name of my shop (from flyingflowerbyKate to Flourish & Fly) and my new name is now displayed with the banner of my shop. However I am still being called the old name (‘Hello flyingflowerbyKate’) at the very top of the page, I can’t see how to change this - will my customers see this?

I’m not sure but I’ve just clicked the link back to your shop and I see Flourish and Fly.
What you could do is send an email off to admin or do this

Your user id (the name you first opened the account under) will not change unless you create a new account. You can change the shop name as often as you like but the account name (and your web url) won’t change.
