Hi…can anybody help..ive been trying all day to upload my latest item. Which is a handbeaded guitar strap. But for some reason Folksy will not allow me to do so. Only asks me to save it. Also only half of the photos have come up. Its been fine til now..Any suggestions please. Lori
Off the top of my head, it could be file size? I believe the limit is 5MB (which is quite big to be honest so it might not be that.). The only other thing I can think if is file type: Folksy only accepts jpg files.
Is it asking you to save then update ? Are you adding it as a ‘new listing’ if so you save it then there’s a button to click above your shop name down the left hand side when you are viewing the saved listing, it says ‘List item’ or preview I think , Click to list the item, it’s usually in green.
