Haven't recieved a sale notification

Hi!
I just wanted to let you know that I made a sale yesterday afternoon and I only found out because they paid through Paypal as I have no trace of an email from Folksy.
Might be a one off but thought I should flag it up.

I don’t actually get confirmation emails from Stripe either, but I’ll flag that up with them. :wink:

With Stripe you have to opt in to receiving payment notification emails. You can do this from your profile on your stripe dashboard.
